That would depend on just how low your score is currently because it is much easier to make a larger jump from a really low score to a higher score than if you were trying to increase a score that is relatively high already.
Less than six months ago one of my credit scores was 430 and within five months I was able to raise it to 701, so yes, it is certainly possible. The easiest way to make this kind of jump is to pay your debts down to 5% utilization or less.
Once you have paid all your debts down I would also reach out to each of your creditors and ask them for a credit limit increase as this will further raise your credit scores.
